Major Richard J. Hughbank, US Army (retired) is the President of Extreme Terrorism Consulting, LLC and has over 21 years experience in the Military Police. He is a published author on over 50 terrorism and law enforcement articles and white papers and has a counterterrorism book being published by Tate Publishing Company this summer. Additionally, he has served as the terrorism liaison officer between the US Army (101st Airborne Division) and the CIA/FBI and has worked at the Counterinsurgency Training Center while serving twice in Afghanistan and is currently a Diplomate and Premier Speaker for the National Center for Crisis Management. Currently, he’s a PhD candidate in Strategic Security and graduate adjunct professor of homeland security and counterterrorism issues for multiple universities around the United States.
